I graduated from Ohio University in 2013 with a degree in Visual Communication. While there, I majored in Multimedia Design with further study in advertising. Along with my normal studies I gained experience from the University Program Council, where I helped with planning and advertising for various campus events, and Thread Magazine, a student run fashion and lifestyle publication. I also interned at the Ohio University Communications and Marketing office under the supervision of a communication specialist and web user experience designer.

Design is not something I always imagined myself doing, but I have always had a love for art and design of all kinds. From an early age I enjoyed creating things in my spare time; whether it be by drawing or painting, or some other craft. Because of this, once I found design as a field of study, I knew it was the path I wanted to take.
